Miss Lillian White 83 of the Abbottsford community of Troup County west of here a 
retired registered nurse died at noon yesterday at her home following lengthy 
illness. Funeral will be held tomorrow at Harmony Methodist Church Abbottsford 
with the Rev Dunnagan Thomaston Ga., former Pastor and the Rev. Lumpkin West 
Point officiating. Born in LaGrange Miss White had resided in Troup County most 
of her life. She was a member of Harmony Methodist Church. Survivors include four 
nieces Mrs. G.E. Cline, Mrs. Emory Simmons both of LaGrange, Mrs. Johnson Powell 
Wildwood Fla and Mrs. Hogue Albany Ga and six nephews Pierce White Miami Fla, 
Kenon White Chattanooga Tenn, Charlie and Joe White both of Griffin Ga., and 
Edward and Robert White both of Atlanta.
