A. Zachry, West Point, Ga. West Point, Ga., February 2 - (Special) Mrs. A. A. Zachery died at her home this morning at an early hour. She had been an invalid for a number of years, but the news of her death came as a shock to her many friends, who did not know her condition was so serious. Mrs. Zachry was 65 years of age, and had lived her all her life. She leaves a daughter, Miss Nettie Zachry; a son, James T. Zachry (he is a step-son - vjf), and two brothers, LaFayette and Frank Lanier. Her remains were interred in Pinewood cemetery at 2 o'clock this afternoon. Additional Comments: She was born 27 Aug 1836 in Alabama, the daughter of Reuben Lanier and Arabella Elizabeth Crockett. She was the 2nd wife of Alfred Flournoy Zachry. Her daughter, Jeannette Lanier "Nettie" Zachry, was born ca 1866.
