b. November 23, 1908 Hamilton, GA; 
d. November 28, 1977 Lagrange, GA) 
He was born and raised in Hamilton, GA 
 But lived and died in Troup. 

I'm not sure where the picture was taken, but 
Picture was taken in the early 1930’s.
