Engagements Announced

Murohy - Huguley

Mr. George W. Murphy, of West Point, Ga., announces the engagement of his 
daughter, Corinne, to Mr. William Gaines Huguley, the wedding to take place in 
the early spring.

Additional Comments:

They were married about April 1909.  In the 1910 census of Long Cane, Troup 
Co., Georgia they stated they had been married for 1 year.

William was the son of William Gaines Huguley (Sr) and Augusta Hellen Ferrell.  
It appears his father passed away when he was very young and his mother married 
2nd to Ernest J. Nolan about 1884.  They are found in the 1900 Chambers Co., 
Alabama census together:
