Murray-Lanier

A number of Atlantans have received cards announcing the forthcoming marriage 
of Miss Mary Murray, of Auckland, New Zeland, and Mr. Damon Theodore Lanier, 
formerly of Atlanta, now of Los Angeles, Cal., on Wednesday morning at 10 
o'clock, at Wilkshire (Wilshire) Boulevard Christian church, August 15.  Dr. 
and Mrs. P. Martin Keller, intiimate friends of the bride-elect, Miss Murray, 
have sent out wedding cards.  Mr. Lanier is from West Point, Ga. and has a wide 
circle of friends throughout Georgia who will be interested in this 
announcement.

Additional Comments:
Wilshire Blvd. Christian Church is a very well known church in the Mid-Wilshire 
District of Los Angeles, Ca.

This is his 2nd marriage.  He was married first to Alice Hanson ca 1897 most 
likely in the Atlanta area.

Damon is the son of Ward Crockett "Pomp" Lanier & Dora Chisholm.

His paternal grandparents are Reuben Lanier and Arabella Elizabeth Crockett.

His maternal grandparents are Fortune N. Chisholm and Arrie Henderson
