Marriage Certificate
Mathew Augustin Phillips, Jr. and  Mrs. Elizabeth Virginia Jane Phillips 
Owen were married in Troup County December 04, 1859 by  A. J. Scogin, 
J.P.  It is listed in the Troup County Archives and I have a copy of their 
marriage certificate.
