Georgia           /      In the name of God Amen  I THOMAS
 Troup County /   FARROW of the County and State afore
=said knowing the uncertainity of life and the certain of death
& being this day the twenty-fifth of April eighteen hundred
and sixty-four in good health and disposing memory, do hereby
make and declare this my last Will and Testament hereby  re-
=voking all others heretofore made by me-
I will and bequeath to my beloved sister LETTY FARROW  all the
property now hold and owned by me embracing Lands, Negroes
stock, cash and cash assets and indeed every particle of
property -of every sort and kind now owned (&use) possession
This I do for the love I bear to her & for the additional  reason that
she has heretofore assited me in the accumulation of
said property  Any debts I now owe or may accrue for my
burial & funeral she will pay from the affics of the
property bequeathed her
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed
my seal to this my last Will & Testament

this 25th da of April 1864

Georgia/     Before me came JOHN THOMPSON named as a
Troup County / Witness th the within writing perporting to be
THOMAS FARROW's last Will, and being duly sworn saith that
he, with SIMEON PITTS  and J M HORTON at the request of
THOMAS FAROW and in his precence did attest as witnesses
the within writing as his, THOMAS FARROW's,that the same was signed and
published by THOMAS FARROW  in their presence
 as his last will: he was at the time of said attestation and
signing by himself, of sound and disposing mind and memory
that he executed the within paper voluntarily
