LEGAL NOTICE - - CITATION TO HEIRS

In the matter of the administration of the estate of J.J. Johns, deceased

Notice to:

H.M. Johns who resides at LaGrange, Georgia
Ella Milam who resides at LaGrange, Georgia
James Gordon who resides at LaGrange, Georgia
Sallie Fuller who resides at LaGrange, Georgia

And all other persons of interest;  You are hereby notified that G.P. 
McMurray, administrator of the estate of J.J. Johns, deceased, did on the 27th 
day of March 1922, filed in this court his application in writing and under 
oath for the sale of lands described herein belonging to said estate, for the 
purpose of paying debts of said estate of said decedent and that the 8th day 
of May 1922 is the day fixed by the court for hearing of said application, at 
which time you may appear and contest the same if you think proper to do so.  
This 27th day of March 1922.  John T Heflin, Judge of Probate
