I Jane Sample of said State and County being of advanced age and knowing that I must shortly depart from this world and being of sound mind, do ordain and constitute this my last will and Testament in the following manner---- that is to say: ITEM FIRST, i desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner. ITEM SECOND, I give and desire and bequeth to my son Felix Sample and to his heirs, a negro man by the name of Daniel, about nine years of age. ITEM 3C, I give and bequeath to my daughter Catherine Baker and her heirs a negro man, Henry about twenty three years of age, a negro woman by the name of Eliza about twenty seven years of age, their two children Quinn a girl of twelve years of age and Lucinda a girl about ten years of age--- And all and every other species of property that I may be possessed of at the time of my death. ITEM 4C, I do hereby make all former wills null hereafter by me made.
