Witnesseth that for the consideration of erecting a church house for public worship and for the sole use of the Primitive Baptist and known as Cool Spring Church do give and grant unto the Deacons aforesaid four acres of land on lot No 10 in the 23rd District of Original Wilkinson now Twiggs County -- and the said four acres to remain and be controled by the Deacons of said church and their successors in office so long s it is kept for Public Worship by the Primitive Baptist Denomincation and if said church shall ever be dissoved or cease to be a place of worship aforesaid the land is to revert back to the then owner of the remaining portion of said Lot No 10 in said district and the house to the members of said church. And the said Henry Lamb for himself his heirs, executors and administrators will warrant and defend in manner and form aforesaid against themselves and the against the clai of all other person whatsoever. Martin, Clerk per R.A. Harrison, Deputy Clerk Additional Comments: Great Great Great Grandfather Henry Lamb. His daughter-in-law Mary Elizabeth Jane Lee was probably the 1st one buried there. This was my Great Great Grandmother and when her husband Richmon Lamb did not come back from the war she married Henry Howell. She had children from both of these marriages.
