Lot 65, 28th District
Written: December 6, 1848

Twiggs County, Georgia: Indenture made and entered into this sixth day of
December one thousand eight hundred and forty eight, between James G. Wall of
the one part and Jasper Newton Wall, Susan Wall, William King Wall, Selia Ann
Bethena Wall, Rebecca Payne Wall, Claborn Trussell Wall and Martha Matilda Wall
of the other part all of the State and County aforesaid reserving to Bethena
Wall the mother of the aforesaid children the use of the hereinafter described
land her life time.  Witness that for and in consideration of this sum of three
hundred and twenty five dollars to him in hand paid the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged the said James G. Wall hath bargained, sold and conveyed
unto the said Jasper Newton Wall, Susan Wall, William Kin Wall, Selia Ann
Bethena Wall, Rebecca Payne Wall, Claborn Trussell Wall, and Martha Matilda Wall
reserving to Bethena Wall the mother of the aforesaid children the use of a
certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the twenty eight district of
originally Wilkinson now Twiggs County being the north west half of Lot No.
sixty five (65) in said district containing one hundred and one fourth acres
more or less adjoining El--- Hinsons, Samuel Harrell and others to them the said
Jasper Newton Wall, Susan Wall, William King Wall, Selia Ann Bethena Wall,
Rebecca Payne Wall, Claborn Trussell Wall and Martha Matilda Wall to them and
their heirs reserving to Bethena Wall the mother of the aforesaid children and I
the said James G. Wall will warrant and forever defend the right and title of
said land and bargained promises unto the above named Jasper N., Susan, William
K., Selia A.B., Rebecca P, Claborn T., and Martha Matilda Wall, reserving to
Bethena Wall the mother of the aforesaid children against the claims or claims
of all persons whatsoever.  In testimoney whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal the day and years above written.  Signed sealed and
delivered in presence of Wright Nell, Bary B. Smith, J.I.C.  Signed James G (his
mark) Wall.
