At an election this day held in the town of Marion, Twiggs County, Georgia, for the officers of the Twiggs County Cavalry, We do certify That on counting out the votes that James Harrison was duly and Unanimously elected captain of the Twiggs County Cavalry, and that Ethelred Griffin was duly elected first Lieutenant, Twiggs County Cavalry, William C. Harrison was elected as second Lieutenant and Hayden Hughes, Cormt.
