Georgia E. (Maiden name Arnold) Chance was born 11-15-1902 and died 2-18-1974
(Ga. DC# 008221) and is buried at Mt. Zion even though her obituary says she is
buried at Cool Springs.
 
Her husband, henry Julian Chance Sr. is also buried at Mt. Zion.

Mrs. Georgia Arnold Chance

Danville. Funeral services for Mrs. Georgia Arnold Chance, 71, of Danville,
Route 1, who died last night in a Dublin hospital are to be held tomorrow at
four p.m. in the Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church.  Burial will be in the
church cemetery and the Four County Funeral Home of Jeffersonville, is in charge
of arrangements.

A native of Twiggs County, Mrs. Chance had been an active member of the Cool
Springs Baptist Church for 50 years.

She is survived by one son, H.J. Chance, Jr. of Danville; two daughters, Miss M.
Opal Chance and Miss Molly L. Chance, of Danville; three sisters, Mrs. Blanco
Green of Jeffersonville, Mrs. Alonzo Blanton and Mrs. T.L. Lamb, of Danville;
five brothers, Cecil Arnold, of Jeffersonville, Needham Arnold of Macon, John
D.,T.D. and William Harvey Arnold, of Danville; two grandchildren and one great
grandson.
