Geraldine (maiden name Carter) Dominy was born 8-5-1916 and died 3-3-2001 and is
buried at Mt. Zion.

Deceased Name: Geraldine Dominy  
 
Graveside services for Geraldine Carter Dominy will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Mount
Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Danville. Dominy, 84, died Saturday, March 3,
2001, in a local nursing home. A native of Jeffersonville, she was the daughter
of the late Mosceus and Cora Lee Carter. The widow of E.H. Dominy, she had lived
in Macon since 1951 when she moved from Dublin. Dominy was a retired sales clerk
with Kmart and a member of Victory Baptist Church. 

Survivors include her son Bobby Snipes of Macon; brother William Carter of
Jacksonville, Fla.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. 

The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 tonight at Snow's Memorial Chapel,
Pio Nono Avenue. The family may be contacted at the home of Bobby Snipes, 2971
Reynolds Drive, Macon.
