Zion Cemetery in Twiggs County. His first wife, Ethel Davis Fowler, is also buried there. From The Cochran Journal 12-9-1965 Page 8 Bob Fowler Funeral services for Bob Fowler, 62, of Rte. 1, Danville, in Bleckley County, who died unexpectedly Thursday night in a Macon hospital were held Saturday afternoon at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Twiggs County. Rev. Paul Jones and Rev. A. T. Faircloth conducted the services and burial was in the family lot in the Mt. Zion cemetery. Mr. Fowler was born in Twiggs County, the son of the late Frank F. and Ellie Stevens Fowler and had lived in Twiggs and Bleckley counties all of his life where he was engaged in farming. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Drucilla Entrekin Fowler; one sister, Mrs. C. L. Nobles of Danville; four brothers, Mark and Jim Fowler of Danville, Newt Fowler of Jeffersonville, and Walker Fowler of Warner Robins; four step-children, Mrs. Inez Hammond of Macon, Preston Entrekin of Hawkinsville, Gene Entrekin of the US Navy in Memphis, Tenn., and James Entrekin of the US Army in Oklahoma. Pallbearers were Lavader Rozier, Emmett Kitchens, Melton Phillips, Horace Sapp, Carlton Sapp, and Wilbur Kitchens. Fisher Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
