William Newton "Newt" Fowler was born 12-25-1899 and died 12-21-1983 (GA DC#
045594) and is buried at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Twiggs County.

Mr. Fowler

DANVILLE---Newton "Newt" Fowler, 83, died Wednesday. Services will be held at
2PM today in Mount Zion Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The Rev. Jeff Slaughter will officiate.
Mr. Fowler, a lifelong resident of Twiggs County, was a member of Mount Zion
Baptist Church and a retired farmer.
Survivors include a brother, Walker Fowler Sr. of Warner Robins and a sister,
Alma Nobles of Danville.
The body will be placed in the church at 1PM today.
The family will be at the residence of Alma Nobles, Route 1, Danville.
Fisher Funeral Home of Cochran has charge of arrangements
