His father, Alfred Solomon Fowler is also buried there. His mother, Eugenia Arnold Fowler, is most likely buried there in an unmarked grave. From The Macon Telegraph 8-8-1957 Page 6A G. S. Fowler Sr. Dies in Dublin Hospital DUBLIN, Aug. 7---George Solomon Fowler Sr., 50, of Danville died in a Dublin hospital yesterday. He was born and reared in Twiggs County and was married to the former Miss Gladys N. Yawn. He was a member of the Mt. Zion Church in Twiggs County. Funeral arrangements are incomplete but will be announced by Adams Funeral Home of Dublin. Mr. Fowler is survived by his wife; five sons, George S. Fowler Jr., now serving in the US Army in California, Arthur E. Fowler of the US Air Force, John A. Fowler of Dublin Route 4, William Henry Fowler and Millard Jerry Fowler of Danville Route 1; one daughter, Mrs. Gladys Eugene Thomas of Warner Robins; one grandchild; three sisters, Mrs. Sam Knight of Hawkinsville, Mrs. R. M. Baggerley of Missouri, and Mrs. Elma Ham of Danville; a half-brother, John Henry Fowler of Danville; a half-sister, Mrs. Jesse Edge of Orlando, Fla.; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
