Her husband, William Thomas "Tom" Grimsley, is also buried there. From The Macon Telegraph 2-19-1954 Page 31A Mrs. W. T. Grimsley Dies At Danville Home Mrs. W. T. (Tom) Grimsley of Danville died at her residence at 8:45AM Thursday after a long illness. Funeral services will be held at 11AM today at the Prospect Methodist Church. The Rev. H. M. Scoates and the Rev. S. J. Wheeler will officiate and burial will be in the Prospect Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Charles Grimsley, Billy Grimsley, C. G. Grimsley Jr., Irvin Grimsley, Homer Floyd, and Reece Floyd. Mrs. Grimsley, the former Miss Eugenia Tindal, was born in Laurens County, the daughter of Allen Tindal and Mrs. Mary Coward Tindal and had lived in Danville for three years, moving there from Dry Branch. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Willie Robinson of Knoxville, Tenn., Mrs. Anna Willis of Danville, Mrs. Glen Kiser of Dry Branch, and Mrs. Burton Chance of Danville; 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Jordan, Mrs. Ola Barron, both of Dublin, and Mrs. Vera Harris of Jacksonville, Fla.; one brother, Rufus Tindal, Dublin; and several nieces and nephews.
