Miss Hammock's Death - Twigs County Loses a Beloved Citizen

A casket was sent out to Hammock's post office in Twiggs county yesterday by 
Undertaker Clay for the remains of Miss Nancy Hammock.

Miss Hammock was 40 years of age and was greatly beloved by the people of the 
community in which she lived.  Her death has caused much sadness.  The funeral 
took place yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock and the remains were buried in the 
old family burying ground in Twiggs County.

Additional Comments:
Nancy Hammock was the daughter of James Hammock and Anna Jane Cranford of 
Twiggs County.  She was buried in the Hammock Family cemetery off Hammock Road.
