Hamrick was born 9-4-1921 and died 5-8-1987 (Ga. DC# 015457) and is buried in the Jeffersonville City Cemetery. Frederick C. Hamrick The Macon Telegraph 5-10-1987 page D8 Frederick C. Hamrick of 4588 Elkan Ave, a 65 year old retired building contractor died Friday at his residence. Services will be held at 2pm Monday in Lamb's Chapel. Burial will be in Jefferson City Cemetery. The Rev. Cleave Rogers and Ronnie Hamrick will officiate. A native of Twiggs County, Mr. Hamrick lived in Macon for ost of his life. He was a member and deacon of Lamb's Chapel Church and an active missionary. He was a World War II Army veteran and was awarded the Purple Heart. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Etta Hinesley of Macon; a son Donnie Hamrick of Macon; a brother, Watson Hamrick of Shelby, N.C.; and three sisters, Louise Brown of Effingham County and Selma Mercer and Grace Hodges, both of Twiggs County.
