                       Charles H. Hasty
 Funeral services were conducted for Charles H. Hasty, 68, from Mt. Zion 
church on Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock by Rev. J. E. Townsend and Rev. M. 
J. Bennett, with interment in the Mt. Zion cemetery.
 Mr. Hasty had been in failing health since last May, dying on Tuesday night 
at 8 o'clock. He had been a member of Mt. Zion church for more than fifty 
years.
 Pallbearers were: Gordon Hasty, R. L. Stevens, Joseph Chance, Frank Carden, 
Wilson Barron, and Dud Carter.
 Mr. Hasty is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Sam Fowler and Miss Sadie Hasty 
and a number of nieces and nephews.
 
 

Additional Comments:
Charlie was born to Joseph W. " Josiah" Hasty and Polly Mary Chance Hasty.
