                         William F. Hasty
 Funeral services for William Franklin Hasty, 66, of Rt. 1 Jeffersonville, who 
died in a local hospital Wednesday, will be held at 3pm today in the Prospect 
Methodist Church in Twiggs County where the body will lie in state from 2:30 
until 3pm.
 The Rev. E. S. Eason and the Rev. Ralph Foster will officiate and burial will 
be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Leonard Hasty, Bert Hasty, Mayo 
Hasty, Ralph Hasty, Dan Hasty, and Arthur Hasty. Leo Davis, Herman Floyd, Zack 
Floyd, Roy Floyd, Tom Floyd, Hembree Folyd, Lee Blanton, Hade Nobles, and 
Brady Floyd.
  Mr. Hasty, a retired farmer and merchant, was a lifelong resident of 
Jeffersonville, the son of William Henry Hasty and Inez Sauls Hasty. He was a 
member of the Prospect Methodist Church.
 Surviving are his widow, the former Miss Pearl Floyd, Jeffersonville; two 
daughters, Mrs. Ronald Morris and Mrs. Billy Nobles, both of Jeffersonville; 
two grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. C. S. Floyd, Jeffersonville; five brothers, 
Bert Hasty, Glynn Hasty, Clinton Hasty, Gerald Hasty, and Norman Hasty, all of 
Jeffersonville; and several nieces and nephews.
 Hart's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
