                                Alice Pauline Hasty
 JEFFERSONVILLE--- Alice Pauline Hasty, 78, of Spring Valley Drive died 
Thursday in a local nursing home.
 Services will be held at 11am today in Prospect United Methodist Church in 
Twiggs County. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Revs. Wesley Jones 
and Buford Tanner will officiate.
 A native of Twiggs County, Mrs. Hasty was a homemaker and a member of 
Prospect United Methodist Church.
 Survivors include three daughters, Margaret Bowden of Dry Branch, Charlotte 
Tarpley of Jeffersonville, and Cherrie Ward of Summerville, SC; three sons, 
Dan Hasty of Jeffersonville, Burt Hasty of Dry Branch, and Mayo Hasty of 
Danville; two sisters, Gladys Blanton of Jeffersonville and Elnora Deese of 
Lancaster, SC; 24 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-
grandchild.
 Allgood Memorial Chapel in Jeffersonville has charge of arrangements.

Additional Comments:
Alice was born 3 Nov 1909 to William G. Floyd and Beulah Ellafair Sauls Floyd. 
Georgia death certificate #008255. Her husband was Bert Idus Hasty Sr. who is 
also buried at Prospect UMC Cemetery.
