Zion Cemetery in Twiggs County. Her husband, Edgar Lee Hill, is also buried there. From The Twiggs County New Era 12-17-1942 Page 2 Mrs. E. L. Hill Mrs. E. L. Hill, 69, of near Danville, died suddenly at her home Wednesday, Dec. 9. Funeral services were held on Thursday afternoon at Mt. Zion church, the Rev. J. E. Townsend and Rev. I. L. Bishop officiating. Mrs. Hill, a lifelong resident of this county, was a member of Mt. Zion, and was long active in church and community activities. Surviving are her husband; three sons, R. F., Danville; C. D., Maimi, Fla.; and W. W. Hill, US Army in California; a daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Chance, Danville; and a sister, Miss Ruth Sauls, Danville.
