 Hodges, Aileen---83 of Rutledge passed away Friday March 30, 2001 at Saint 
Mary's Medical Center. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of 
Jefferson City. She and her husband were former owners of Hodges Variety Store 
at Cherokee Dam. Preceded in death by husband, Conrad Hodges and infant 
daughters, Cathy and Carol Hodges. Survived by daughter and son in law, Coneen 
and Butch Alley; grandchildren, Joel and Adam Alley, Melody and husband, Mark 
Seale, all of Strawberry Plains; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 
2pm Tuesday Flelden Chapel with Revs. Jim Dempier and Dennos Maxey 
officiating. Interment in Jefferson Memory Garden. The family will receive 
friends Monday 6-8pm at Fielden Funeral Home, New Market.

Aileen was born 6-5-1917 to Jessie Ivey "Jess" Newby and Dora "Dode" Estella 
Lee Newby
