                           J. Willis Howell

 COCHRAN--- Services for J. Willis Howell will be at 2pm Saturday in Cools 
Springs Primitive Baptist Church, Twiggs County, with burial in the church 
cemetery. Howell, 64, died Wednesday, July 21, 1999. Born in Bleckley County, 
he was the son of the late Freeman and Louise Hall Howell. He was owner and 
operator of Willis Howell Grocery in Cary and a member of Cool Springs 
Primitive Baptist Church.

 Survivors include his wife, Tennie Howell; children, Kay Howell and Danny 
Howell, both of Cochran; sister, Carolyn Moore of Cochran; and one grandchild.

 The family will receive friends from 7 to 9pm today at Fisher Funeral Home ana 
may be contacted at the residence.

James was born 10 Feb 1935. Georgia death certificate #032840.
