Services will be held at 3 p.m. today in Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church in Twiggs County. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Elders Franklin Bryant and Danny Bryant will officiate. A native of Twiggs County, Mr. Lamb was the son of the late Isom Homer Lamb and Melinda Nobles Lamb. He was a retired farmer and attended Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church. Survivors include a brother, Maloy Joe Lamb of Danville; a sister Maude Lee of Danville; and four nephews and two nieces. The family may be contacted at the residence of Joe Lamb, Route 1, Danville. Fisher Funeral Home in Cochran has charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: Ira Lamar Lamb was buried on 9 January 1989 in grave #150 at Cool Springs Primitive Baptsit Church Cemetery.
