               DEATH CLAIMS MRS. ELIZABETH A. LAMB

 Mrs. Elizabeth Arnold Lamb, age 74 years, died Monday, March 9th. The end came 
after being in declining helath for a long time, but even then, the shock was 
great. She had won the love and affection of so many who will long grieve at 
her passing.

 The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at Cool Springs with Rev. E. D. Bryant 
conducting the services. T. W. Fisher & Son were funeral directors in charge. A 
large concourse of friends and relatives were present at the last funeral rites.

 Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Josh Lucas of Cochran; Mrs. Lillie Belle 
Carter and Mrs. Nellie Nobles of Danville, and Mrs. Eunice Sanders of Macon; 
one brother, N. C. Arnoild of Danville; nineteen grandchildren and seven great-
grandchildren.

Elizabeth was born 16 Oct 1868 to James J. "Jim" Arnold and Nancy Padgett 
Arnold. Georgia death certificate #4528
