Thomas "Tom" Lee was born 12-10-1889 and died 5-5-1969 (GA DC# 013690) and is
buried in Lee Cemetery in Twiggs County. His wife, Inez Asbell Lee as well as
his parents, Frank S. Lee and Agnes Virginia Tydnall Lee, are also buried there.

Thomas Lee

DANVILLE---Services for Thomas Lee, 79, who died Monday in Dublin Hospital, will
be held at 4PM Tuesday at the Mount Zion Baptist Church in Twiggs County.
The Rev. E. N. Sweeney and the Rev. Lamar Williams will officiate with burial in
the Lee Cemetery.
Mr. Lee was a native of Twiggs County and was a deacon of the Mount Zion
Methodist (sic) Church. He was a retired farmer and merchant, a Mason, a member
of the Twiggs County Board of Education, and director of the 4 County Bank of
Allentown.
Survivors include his wife, the former Miss Inez Asbell of Danville; a son,
Thomas E. Lee of Danville; a brother, J. F. Lee of Hawkinsville; a sister, Mrs.
Julia Roberts of Macon.
The body will be at Townsend Funeral Home until 3PM Tuesday. Townsend Funeral
Home is in charge.
