Lucas, who died in a Macon hospital Monday night, were held at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon at Lucy Chapel at Danville. Interment was in the church cemetery with the following as pallbearers: Dan Fowler, Lloyd Fowler, J. S. Fowler, F. D. Carden, A. U. Hamm, and J. C. Arnold. Mr. Lucas, 53 years of age, had been a farmer of Danville all of his life. He is survived by his wife, the former Miss Lizzie Phillips; two daughters, Miss Mary Lucas and Mrs. Robert Lee, both of Danville; and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Fowler, Mrs William Pape, and Miss Molly Lucas, all of Danville.
