Born in Bleckley County, she was the daughter of the late Tommy and Lora Phillips Nobles and the widow of Lovie Nobles. She was a homemaker and a member of Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church. Survivors: children, Bobby Nobles of Cochran and Mildred Wimberly of Monticello, Fla.; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services: 4pm Wednesday in Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Elders Sam Bryant, Franklin Bryant, and Rubert Nobles will officiate. Visitation: The family may be contacted at the residence of Bobby Nobles, Nobles Lane, Cochran. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight in the funeral home. Fisher Funeral Home in Cochran has charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: Lottie was born 6 Oct 1901. Her first husband was George C. Coley. Georgia death certificate #030138.
