                      Mrs. Sanders Funeral Today
                                                  Macon Resident to be Buried 
in Richland Cemetery

Funeral services for Mrs. Lizzie Asbell Sanders, who died early yesterday 
morning, will be held at 11AM today in the New Richland Church. The Rev. 
Seaboard Winn, pastor of the Cherokee Heights Methodist Church, and the Rev. 
Moss, pastor of the New Richland Church, will conduct. The services and burial 
will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs.Sanders, who was 75 years old, came to Macon 18 years ago from 
Jeffersonville. She was a member of the New Richland Church.


Additional Comments:
Dora Elizabeth "Lizzie" (maiden name Asbell) Sanders was born 9-26-1862 and 
died 3-22-1938 (GA DC# 5309) and is buried in New Richland Church Cemetery in 
Twiggs County. NOTE--Her death certificate gives her DOD as 3-21; however, her 
funeral records, obituary, and tombstone all use 3-22.
