Sanders, 62 of Route 4 Dublin, were held this afternoon at 4:30 from Mount Olive Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Elder Alonzo Carr and Elder Robert Sanders officiated with Adams Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were W. F. Warren, Marion Payne, Charles Driskell, John D. Lewis, Celoa Sanders, and Bill Townson. Elder Sanders, a farmer and Elder of the Primitive Baptist Church died early this morning in a Dublin hospital, after an illnes of two days. He was born in Twiggs County and reared in Laurens, having spent the past 21 years at his present address. He was married to the former Miss Flossie Graham, who survives him. Other survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Bill Smith, Dublin; three sons, Clarence Sanders, Albany, Jack and Eulas Sanders, both of Route 4 Dublin; one brother, Elliott Sanders, Danville; and a number of other relatives.
