DC# 025624) and is buried in the Hinson-Barnes Cemetery in Twiggs County. His wife, Ethel (maiden name Chance) Sapp is also buried there. Sapp Dies At Age 71 Funeral services for William Frank Sapp, 71, of Rte. 1, Jeffersonville, who died yesterday, will be held at 11AM Wednesday in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary and burial will be in Hinson Cemetery. Mr. Sapp, a retired farmer, was a lifelong resident of Twiggs County, the son of Tom Sapp and Mrs. Betty Jones Sapp. He was a member of the Rosebud Methodist Church and the Jeffersonville Lodge No. 133, Free and Accepted Masons. Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Ethel Chance, Jeffersonville; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Hunter, Valdosta and Mrs. Mary Dorsey, Jeffersonville; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Mose Sapp, Dry Branch; Andrew Sapp, Macon and George Sapp, Hahira and several nieces and nephews.
