Sauls, 68, who died at his residence in Danville after an illness of a few weeks, will be held at 11pm today in Prospect Methodist Church. The Rev. M. J. Bennett and the Rev. C. S. Eason will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. Mr. Sauls, a retired farmer, was born and reared in Twiggs County. He was the son of the late Levi Sauls and Mrs. Crafton Johnson Sauls. He was a member of Prospect Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Mina Mae Floyd; two sons, Clyde and Pelton Sauls, Danville; five daughters, Mrs. Glynn Hasty and Mrs. Doyle Stone, Jeffersonville, Mrs. Jimmy Floyd, Montrose, Mrs. Tom Fowler and Mrs. David Rickerson, Danville; 22 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Crawley Pauline Blount, Jeffersonville; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be F. G. Blount, Hembree Floyd, S. V. Chance Jr., Charlie Bloodworth, Bill Sheffield, and Levi Sauls. Honorary pallbearers will be Otis Starley, Hembree Thompson, H. J. Chance, M. H. Stevens Jr., Loyd Hayes, W. W. Howell, Wesley Goodros, and Aaron Rickerson. Hart's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: Harvey was born 27 Dec 1890.
