Funeral services will be held at 3pm today in the Prospect Methodist Church. The Rev. Luke Moncrief and the Rev. Robert Ekea will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be A. G. Rape, Kinch Nobles Jr., Ronnie Fowler, M. J. Hinson, Hembree Thompson, and Paul Moore. Honorary pallbearers will be Earl Hamrick, Roy Bozeman, W. D. Fowler, Otis Starley, James Fowler, Bill Fowler, Morris Lee, Everett Lucas, Jack Smith, Harold Reece, and Bo Bridges. Mr. Sauls was born in Twiggs County, the son of Harvey Levi Sauls and Mrs. Mina Mae Floyd Sauls and had lived in Danville all of his life. He was employed at Robins Air Force Base and was a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Juanita Davis, Danville; mother, Mrs. Nina Mae Sauls, Danville; five sisters, Mrs. Glynn Hasty and Mrs. Doyle Stone, Jeffersonville, Mrs. Jimmy Floyd, Mrs. Tom Fowler and Mrs. David Rickerson, all of Danville; one brother, Clyde Sauls, Danville; and several nieces and nephews.
