His wife, Faithey Lee Stevens, is also buried there. NOTE-THE SURNAME WAS SPELLED STEPHENS IN THE 1860 AND THE 1880 CENSUS. From The Macon Telegraph 2-21-1930 Page 10A Edmond N. Stevens DANVILLE,GA., Feb. 20----Funeral services were conducted today for Edmond Stevens, 80, by Rev. J. E. Townsend at Mt. Zion Church, with interment in the family cemetery. Mr. Stevens died last night at his home a mile and one half from Danville. He is survived by one brother, J. S. Stevens of Macon and the following children: E. R. Stevens, R. L. Stevens, Emmett Stevens, M. H. Stevens, Mrs. Ella Fowler, Mrs. Sallie Fowler, Mrs. Faithy Nobles, Mrs. Carrie Ham, Mrs. Cora Fowler and 30 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
