Zion in Twiggs County From The Macon Telegraph 3-23-1970 Page B5 Mrs. Rachel Thompson JEFFERSONVILLE---Services for Mrs. Rachel Thompson, 50, of Jeffersonville, who died Sunday, will be Tuesday at 3PM in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Twiggs County with burial in the church cemetery. Mrs. Thompson was a native and lifelong resident of Twiggs County and was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Rufus C. Thompson of Jeffersonville; a daughter, Mrs. Emmett Rigby of Macon; four sisters, Mrs. Rosa Lee Leal, Mrs. Leona Wilson of Wichita, Kansas, Mrs. Elizabeth Wilkes of Dublin, Mrs. Janet Fulop of Chattanooga, TN.; three brothers, John F. Baggarly of Macon, Robert C. Baggarly of Roiterfield, Calif., and Frank Baggarly of the US Army; father, Robert M. Baggarly of Danville. The family will be at 3430 Sandra Fay Drive, the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Rigby. Memorial Chapel is in charge.
