Warnock Eschol L. Warnock, a retired Macon city maintenance shop worker, of 333 Shady Rest Road died Wednesday. He was 70. Services will be held at 2pm today in Swift Creek United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. Jiggs Eason will officiate. Mr. Warnock, a native of Treutlen County, lived in Macon for the past 34 years. He was a member of Swift Creek United Methodist Church and an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include two sons, W. C. Warnock and Bob Warnock, both of Macon; two daughters, Francine Leach of Macon and Lethia Price of Jones County; a brother, Manning Warnock of Mount Vernon; three sisters, Betty Fountain of Mount Vernon, Grace Kight, and Avie Coursey, both of Vidalia; 9 grandchildren and 12 great- grandchildren. Snow's Memorial Chapel in Macon has charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: Eschol was born 12 Jan 1916 to Robert "Bob" Lee Warnock and Maudell E. Thomas Warnock. His wife was Erma C.
