March 7, 1820
AGREEABLE to an order of the honorable the court of ordinary
of Emanuel county, will be sold on the first Tuesday in May
next, at the court house in said county, 862½ acres of land,
lying on the Ogeechee river in said county, apart of which
is excellent swamp-and at Marion, Twiggs county, will be
sold on the first Tuesday in June next, one tract of land
containing 202½ acres, known by No. 156, in the 26th
district of formerly Wilkinson now Twiggs county being the
real estate of Frances Hugh, deceased--sold for the benefit
of the heirs of said deceased.  Terms will be known on the
days of sale.
