Georgia, Twiggs County Will Of James G. Wall Dated April 1, 1868, To wife MARY WALL the plantation on which I now live, all household furniture, stocks, tools, livestock, etc. for her life. Lands in TITUS CO., TEXAS, about twenty-five hundred acres to be divided in three shares--two shares of five hundred each and the third fifteen hundred acres. To dau. RAMEY, wife of LITTLE BARRY MCMILLAN, five hundred acres of the Texas land to revert to his esate after her death to be divided among his other children. To dau. SARAH, wife of SAMUEL LOCKHART of Texas the second five hundred acres of the Texas land for her life and at her death to her children. To the children of son, JOHN F. WALL (Who died in Texas) the third share of fifteen hundred acres to be divided equally among them. To the children of my grand daughter, JANE LOWE wife of Thomas Lowe of Bibb county one thousand dollars each. At death of wife the lands left to her are to be divided, one share to the children of Bradford WALL dec'd (Note, he was a son but the will does not give that relationship) one share to the wife of WILSON BURKETT, she being my dau.
