Personally comes Mrs. S J Self, formally Lance who being duly sworn say that 
she is an heir at Law of John H Lance, now deceased: that she is of full age, 
and that her father was killed in the year 1890 that at the time of his death 
he resided with his family on lot of land no 7 in the sixteenth district and 
first section of Union County, Georgia that her information and belief is that 
prior to the time of his death he had parted with his interest in said lot by 
having sold it to Joseph L Lance and F L Lance that after is death deponent 
ruled said lot of land from Joseph L Lance, and that she, as an heir at Law of 
the said John H. Lance, makes no claim to any part of said lot, and that, so 
far as she is informed and believes none other of the heirs at Law of the said 
John H Lance claims any interest claim any intent of any kind in said lot 
except those who bought from their father John H Lance.
