Rev. Richardson was the son of Rev. and Mrs. A.H. Richardson of the South 
Carolina Conference. He was born in Montgomery County, North Carolina. He 
joined the Methodist Church at the age of seven and was licensed to preach in 
Nov., 1869. Rev. Richardson was married to Miss Claudia B. Flowler of Catoosa 
Co., Ga. on May 11, 1875 and passed away in Thomasville, Ga., Apr. 1905. Five 
children were born of these parents, two of whom died in infancy. The three 
living are: Mrs. Mabel Flemister, Glenwood, Fla., Myrick J. Richardson, 
Atlanta, Ga., and Guy C. Richardson, Ringgold, Ga.
