To the Morris Baptist Church:
We, your committee, appointed to draft resolutions on the death of our deceased 
sister, Mrs. Addie Booth Perry, submit the following:
First:  That we extend to the bereaved family our deepest sympathy, joining 
with them in a mutual faith that He who makes no mistakes in love has called 
our sister to rest in that city not made with hands eternal in the heavens.
Second:  That in her passing our church has lost a faithful, devoted and 
consecrated member, true to every duty and labor of love.
Third:  That a copy of these resolutions be spread upon the minutes of the 
church, a copy be sent to the family, and a copy be sent to The Christian Index 
for publication.
