Departed this life at the residence of her father, Jason Trueluck, the 27th day 
of October, 1880, sister Savannah H. Wright, in the 21st year of her age.

In her death it has been the will of the Allwise Providence to remove from Elim 
church one of her beloved and active members.  Sister Wright was baptized by 
brother Tompkins six or seven years ago.  She was an humble Christian, a 
dutiful child, and a devoted wife.  She leaves an aged father and mother to 
mourn her loss "She is not dead, but sleepeth," hence she waiteth over on the 
shining shore with that Savior she loved, for those she left behind.  Father, 
mother, husband, friends, weep not.  Ye sorrow not as others; ye shall meet 
again.
