Divorce:  Thomas G. Duke and the former Louisa Webb, Nov 29, 1825.

"Georgia Journal" (Milledgeville):

Apr 24, 1810.  Georgia, Randolph County.  Whereas Joel Duke
of the state of South Carolina did on the 8th or 9th day of
December 1809, give unto Leavin Moore of the county of
Baldwin of this state, a certain note of hand for $600.00
dollars with Stephen Duke of this county and state as
security for the same...now we the said Joel & Stephen Duke
do forewarn all person or persons from trading for the same.
