       A Claborn Bishop resided in Upson County, Hattox's district in 1827 
and drew land lottery in another county (doesn't say where-probably Cherokee 
land) 
       Marriage is listed by Sulivant, JP 
       There are two Brumbeloe families listed in the 1850 Census in Upson Co. 
       In 1825 a Claborn Bishop 1 pol = $.33  meaning he had to pay tax for 
"his head- 
       pol" but apparently didn't own land at this time.
