ZION'S CHAPEL CEMETERY

LOCATION:
About 2 and a half miles south of Thomaston.  It was on
Highway 19 South, but that highway was re-routed when it
was four-laned.  That old 19 is now called, I think,
Indian Trail.

Mr. Emmett Oliver Daugherty, age 41 passed away at his
residence between Thomaston and Crest Sunday afternoon
August 6, 1933.

Other than his widow, He leaves one son, James Daugherty,
two sisters, Mrs. W. H. Dean of Thomaston and Mrs. M. B.
Miller of Macon, Ga., and his brother Jacob Daughtery. 

The funeral and interment was held at Zion Chapel Monday
afternoon, with Rev. C. O. English officiating.

FERGUSON
Jack Lewis Ferguson, age 6 months, died  at the residence
of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. H. Ferguson East
Thomaston Friday, June 16. Funeral Services were held
Saturday morning from the residence. Rev. C. O. English
officiating. Interment was in Zion Chapel Cemetery.
