The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas, the said James Garrett is This Day appointed Guardian for William Loflin, the Orphan of John Loflin deceased of Monroe County.-------------- ----------------------- Now if the said James Shall well & truly perform the duties of Guardian aforesaid agreeably to Letters of guardianship which shall be granted by this Court to the Said James Garrett and agreeable to Law in Such Case made and provided then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in Full Force & Virtue.
