Allen Complainant VS. Thomas E. Sullivan Lunatic Order of Inferior Court to Summon Jury..... Samuel Caraway (Sheriff) State of Georgia Inferior Court sitting for County purposes Upson Co. In chambers Monday 2nd June 1845 Present their Honor William Lowe, Edwin Turner & William Trice Justices Upon the petition of Daniel A. Allen, Sr. representing that Thomas E. Sullivan of the County and State aforesaid is insane, and dangerous to the community of which he resides, if permitted to go at large; And praying that a Warrant may issue in Accordance with the statue in such care made and provided. It is ordered by this Court that the Sheriff forthwith summon the following Juror viz. Curran Rogers 'Physician', William Woodson, Burwell A. Richards, Benjamin Bethel, John P. Murray, William I Morrison & Charles W. Moon to be and appear at the Courthouse in the town of Thomaston on Friday the thirteenth by the hour of ten o'clock A.M. to hear & determine a question of Lunacy complained against the said Thomas E.
